Our limited edition Brandy is barrel-aged for 6 years in a French Oak barrel using local Porongurup shiraz. ⁠A refined and warming spirit with layers of fruit, oak, and nutty complexity—a luxurious treat for the colder months.
 
Tasting notes: Smooth and full-bodied, with the rich influence of Porongurup shiraz at its core. Flavours of ripe dark fruits, such as plums and blackberries, are complemented by nutty undertones and the warm, vanilla-laced character of French oak. A hint of subtle spice adds depth and a gentle wintery warmth.
