A beautifully balanced whisky showcasing the unique character of Mosquito wheat and the rich, fruit-forward influence of the Shiraz barrel. Perfect for those seeking a distinctive take on wheat whisky with layers of complexity and elegance.
Tasting notes: Smooth and creamy, with flavours of toasted bread, caramel, and a hint of nuttiness from the wheat. The Shiraz barrel adds fruity notes like blackberries and cherries. The finish leaves an elegant trace of toasted oak and a hint of earthiness, evoking the connection to the surrounding farm.
